LOBSTER FEST AT THE MAINE
Our favorite week of the year is upon us: The MAINE Lobster Fest!
We followed Founder Joey Ghazal as he visited the source to meet and work with lobster trappers and fishermen to get a real sense of what it’s like.
The original Maine Lobster Festival takes place every year on the coast of Maine, starting on the first weekend of August.
For five days, people from all over the world gather in Rockland to indulge on fresh lobster, watch local diners cook it out and participate in carnival rides.
Because we’re proud of the culture that makes us, we’re not compromising, and are having our very own Lobster Fest, here at The MAINE, in Dubai.

To celebrate, we’re shedding the light on one of Canada’s most famous dishes: THE POUTINE. Made of french fries topped with cheese curds and gravy, poutine is food for the soul (not for your six pack).
And, as you know, at The MAINE, we like to make everything extra - which is why we prepare our poutine with cheese imported straight from Canada. We get our curds, fresh from La Fromagerie Perron in Quebec, a 130 year old institution.

Crafted specifically for food lovers on a tight schedule, looking to make their business meeting a little more exciting, the Lunch Prix Fixe gives you the choice between four starters, six MAINE courses and a dessert.
And because lunch wouldn’t be lunch without wine, you can pair your meal with a glass of any of our house wines. Red, white or rose - it’s all up to you!
